"Toto, I've a feeling we're not in Kansas anymore"

Okay, truth : we're not in Kansas. We're in California. Actually, these photos remind me of photos taken of the dust bowl of the 1930's. Christopher and I have been debating on the age of this old home here. I thought it was built in the 1940's, Chris thinks it was turn of the century. I have been researching and I cannot find any information on it.....I did find out that my town of Los Banos was first settled in the 1850's so Chris' theory is entirely possible. I also found out that the Randall Fawcett house, one of only three of Frank Lloyd Wright's Usonian homes in California's Central Valley, is a mere 6 and a half miles from my house. Also found that Susan Atkins of Manson family "fame" went to Los Banos High, my neighborhood high school. Okay, that last one is a bit creepy. Moving on.....
