Toddler Beret

Okay, I might as well call this beret week, hmmmmm? Did you see my teal beret from yesterday? This is the matching toddler version. I expect that this will fit children 1 year to about 3 years old. I might have a real baby I can try this on tomorrow. If so, there will be more photos :)

I thought this ribbon detail anchored with a reclaimed button was just sweet enough.

This knit "twist" is the original front of the sweater. Pretty adorable on this little beret too.

Embroidered Baby Shower Card

The inspiration:

None, really. I don't (think I) know anyone who is preggers right now. But I do want to get some cute bebe cards ready for my Etsy shop that I am putting together.

The embroidery:

Unisex baby shower card

These cards were hand embroidered with the quote inkjet printed onto white card stock. Pale green card stock was glued inside the card and the pram wheel spokes were made using a daisy paper punch on the same green card stock. The butterflies were made the same way, with a butterfly punch. These were fun, there are plenty more in my future!!!
